Services
MediaPower™ offers an innovative and useful service to the television customer in supporting the choice, design and implementation of the automation and traffic software, the media asset management , video and files servers, and media archive. Moreover MediaPower™ can support vendors in integrating the above processes above areas with the post production.
The idea behind the Broadcast Media Value initiative is to structure all those activities in a coherent, measurable and repeatable pattern. To promote it with traditional system integrator and to use it as a way of ensure the cooperation between potentially competitor companies.
The Broadcast Media Value program is divided into three major areas:
+ MediaPower™ Consulting Services
+ System Integrator Partnering Pro
+ Competitor Cooperation Program
The first area - MediaPower™ Consulting Services - provides a build block that can be of the development and certification of an integration process. A build block that can be engineered, deployed, tested, documented and certified by MediaPower™. It is the core of the program and it is the first step in building a modern, fully integrated, process oriented television system.
The goal for this area is to scope the work, build the certification process and qualify the different applications.
The System Integrator Partnering Program is the way in which the building block can be integrated in broader systems that in some cases goes beyond traditional broadcast competences - e.g. content delivery networks - and it this the first step in the fusion between broadcast and It technologies. The initiative’s goal for this area is to qualify the potential system integrators and to develop partnership patterns.
The Competitor Cooperation Program is a strategic approach to ensure the cooperation between competing vendors when used on a single project. The initiative’s goal for this area is to identify the vendors responsibilities and ensure their cooperation in the success of the project still preserving their own identities.
